Are your products genuine?
Absolutely. Every product in our collection is sourced directly from authorized dealers or the manufacturers themselves. We take pride in ensuring that you receive only 100% authentic merchandise.
Where are your clothing products manufactured and what is their quality?
Our clothing products are manufactured in India by our print-on-demand provider, Qikink India. They are made from high-quality 180 - 260 GSM fabric with a premium cotton and polycotton blend, ensuring they are breathable and comfortable to wear.
How long does shipping take?
There is a 0-3 day processing time for printing. For domestic orders within India, delivery generally takes 2-5 days depending on the shipping method and destination. Please note that shipping may be delayed during festival times or due to natural disasters.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on selected products. Additional COD charges may apply, which will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery exclusively for defective products or manufacturing errors. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or non-defective items. Please provide video proof (such as an unboxing video) when reporting a defective item.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
To ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, products are occasionally dispatched from different authorized warehouses. As a result, items may be delivered in multiple shipments.
