Order Processing Time
- There is a 0-3 day processing time for printing and preparing your order.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order is placed.
Delivery Time
- Domestic orders within India: Estimated 2-5 days depending on the shipping method and destination.
- International delivery: Minimum 15 working days depending on the order and destination.
- Remote areas or deliveries via India Post may take up to 15 working days.
Note: To ensure you receive 100% genuine products, our clothing is manufactured and shipped directly from our partner Qikink India. Items may be shipped from different warehouses.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on most products.
- Any applicable charges will be shown clearly at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected products.
- Additional COD charges may apply.
- Please ensure you are available to receive the order at your specified address.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to fully reflect in the system.
Delays & Issues
Delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Courier or transit delays
- Festival times or natural disasters

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your address and phone number are completely accurate.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect details, further re-shipping charges may apply.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages on different days if they are being shipped from different suppliers.
