• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on our platform.

3. Products and Authenticity

Our clothing products are manufactured in India by our print-on-demand provider, Qikink India. We guarantee that every item is made from high-quality 180 - 260 GSM fabric with a premium cotton and polycotton blend, ensuring they are breathable and comfortable. We strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are fully error-free.

4. Orders, Returns, and Refunds

• Once an order is placed and processing begins, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• Refunds or replacements are only issued for defective products or manufacturing errors on our part. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or non-defective items.
• Any issues with defective items must be reported to our support team within 7 days of delivery, preferably with video proof (such as an unboxing video).
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

5. Delivery and Shipping

There is a 0-3 day processing time for printing. Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are 2-5 days depending on the shipping method and destination. Please note that shipping may be delayed during festival times or due to natural disasters.

6. Limitation of Liability

EnBuy shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the service.
